I have made this tutorial with Paint Sho Pro XI, but it's possible this to make with other versions of Paint Shop Pro.

Alien Skin Impact Plugin

Now, we start with the tutorial!

    1. Please open a new image in white and in the size 600x550 Pixel

    2. Make a new raster layer

    3. Go to Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk - Drilona

    4. Fill your selection with a color of your choice

    5. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel



    6. Cancel your selection

    7. Make a new raster layer

    8. Go to Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk - Drilona1

    9. Fill your selection with a color of your choice

    10. Cancel your selection and duplicate twice this layer

    11. Go to the lowest layer of this copies

    12. Go to Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Motion Trail

    13. In this plugin go to settings and "Jet Trail"



    14. Go to the middle layer of the copies and go to Effects - Texture Effect - Mosaic Glass



    15. Go to Layers - Merge - Merge Down

    16. Activate the layer with the circles and click with the magic wand next to the circles

    The settings for the magic wand is:
    Tolerance and Feather to 0

    17. Go to the layer of the Mosaic and press the delete button

    18. Cancel your selection

    19. Now, go to the layer with the circles and go to Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow



    20. Activate the highest layer and make a drop shadow with this settings



    21. Go to Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

    22. Make a copy of your tube and go to Edit - Paste As New Layer

    23. Make a drop shadow with this settings



    24. Go to Layers - New Raster Layer and then go to Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from Disk - Drilona2

    25. Fill this selection with your color and go to Selections - Modify - Contract by 2

    26. Fill the new selection with the color white and cancel your selection

    27. Click with the magic wand in the colored frame

    28. Go to Effects - 3D Effect - Inner Bevel with the same settings from the beginning

    29. Make a drop shadow with this settings



    30. And then repeat with Vertical -2 and Horizontal -2

    31. Now, write your name in the box and you're finished with the Sign Tag!
